“When you make the two one, and when you make the inner as the outer and outer as the inner and the above as the below, and when you make the male (sacred masculine — logic) and the female (sacred feminine – psyche logic) into a single one – then shall you enter the Kingdom”
–Jesus in the Gospel of Thomas
Stuck in never-ending cycles of frustrating communication?
Anxious that therapy will take too long to work?

NOT ALL THERAPY IS THE SAME…
I see each person as essentially whole, and honor all aspects of the person in the healing process. My practice is based on an integral model emanating from evidence-based disciplines as well as contemporary humanistic, depth-oriented psycho-spiritual or holistic psychologies and Western contemplative and Eastern mindfulness practices. I take great care in providing a safe therapeutic relationship where you have the opportunity to reflect on your life and rekindle what you may feel is lost or absent. Together we will identify the personal and interpersonal obstacles that may prevent you from having the life and relationships that you desire and deserve.
SESSIONS WITH ME ARE DIFFERENT…
I am a very interactive therapist. This means that much can happen in a single session. You won’t get just a lot of head nodding from me. I keep things moving along, edging towards your goals, calling you on things that are in conflict with what you say you want, and helping guide you to a place where you can experience the “aha” moments that make therapy an amazing experience. Together we can explore a wide range of life issues—emotional, interpersonal, psychological, and spiritual. Because I integrate Western psychology and science with a lifetime of study in the world’s spiritual traditions and mythology, the counseling provided is unique and respects the specific growth and healing process of each individual. You and I will work hard during our sessions together, and you’ll leave my office with plenty to think about and explore.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Psychotherapy is frequently viewed as an intermittent, lifelong process where individuals seek services for varying periods of time as the need arises. My model holds brief and longer-term therapy as being equally valuable, where length of therapy and the treatment approach are determined by the presenting concerns as well as client preference.
